The 2020 Census is now under way! Information has been mailed to each address in Bloomfield. It is critical that all residents participate. The results of the data collected have a direct impact on the federal funding that goes to hospitals, fire departments, schools, roads, and other resources in our community.

The results of the Census also determine the number of seats each state will have in the U.S. House of Representatives, and they are used to draw congressional and state legislative districts.

You have three options for response: online, by phone or by mail.

Your personal information is kept confidential. The Census Bureau is bound by federal law to protect your information, and your data is used for statistical purposes only.
