Bloomfield Community Garden Program

Community Gardens 26 Cover Page

The Bloomfield Parks, Recreation & Cultural Affairs Department oversees three Community Gardens within the Township of Bloomfield.  We aim to provide residents who might not otherwise have that ability the opportunity and resources to enjoy gardening.  Throughout the year, we foster a welcoming environment that promotes recreational organic gardening, healthy living, positive eating habits, and environmental stewardship. We accomplish this by organizing and promoting various community garden activities and projects with our gardeners and dedicated volunteers.

Our typical garden season runs from April 1-November 15.
