Summer Camp Admin Application

Seeking Full Day Counselors and Certified Teachers for our Summer Camp Admin positions. Must pass background check  and must be 18 yrs and up . If hired you must attend two mandatory orientation sessions (one prior to camp and one on the first day).

It all begins with fun and safety. 

Summer camp admin jobs involve overseeing daily camp operations, managing camper/staff records, handling check in and check out of campers, attending offsite field trips and acting as the primary communicator between parents and camp leadership.  

Key tasks include:

Organizing supplies, ensuring compliance with safety regulations , managing assigned class or gym room. 

·         Handling phone calls from parents to the camp site.

·         Managing camper registration at camp site, and conducting welcome/departure procedures at camp site.

·         Updating camper health forms, permission slips and waivers , and attendee lists.

·         Ordering supplies, managing inventory, and assisting with scheduling of camper and counselor groups.

·         Assisting leadership with reports, attendance of staff counselors, fire drills and compliance documentation.
