Bloomfield, NJ – The Township of Bloomfield held a ceremonial swearing-in last night to honor Jenny Mundell as Mayor of Bloomfield and Monica Charris Tabares as Councilwoman At Large. The event, held in the Bloomfield Council Chambers, was attended by local officials, residents, and community leaders, celebrating a new chapter of leadership in the township. Mayor Mundell, the first woman elected as Mayor of Bloomfield, expressed her gratitude and enthusiasm for the role, stating: "I am deeply honored to serve as Mayor of this incredible community. Together, we will continue to make Bloomfield a place where everyone feels heard, supported, and proud to call home.
