Bloomfield, NJ – This evening, the Township of Bloomfield will host the Ceremonial Swearing-In of Jenny Mundell as Mayor and Monica Charris Tabares as Councilwoman At Large. This celebratory public event follows their official assumption of office on November 18, upon certification of the general election results by the Essex County Clerk's office.
