Community Health Assessment
The 2025 Community Health Assessment is a comprehensive data-driven report on the behaviors, needs, and concerns of the township’s 52,948 residents. It is a follow-up to similar research conducted in 2018. Over 200 residents completed the survey (offered online and on paper, in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole), which included questions ranging from housing and transportation to eating habits and physical activity. Eight focus groups and 16 key informant interviews were also conducted to help us further identify the pressing health issues, establish priorities and goals, develop interventions, and commit resources to improve the community's health.
