BLOOMFIELD, NJ - The Bloomfield Police
Department will be conducting a DWI Sobriety Checkpoint on Bloomfield Ave.
beginning in the late evening on Saturday, December 29, lasting until the following
day, in response to statistics demonstrating a disproportionate number of
impaired driving incidents in the area.
These operations are being conducted to raise awareness of
impaired driving by educating motorists and arresting impaired drivers.
