| Mayor McCarthy joins the community
in honoring Jack Noonan as he retires from Bloomfield
College, where he served as President of the college
for 16 years. The Township of Bloomfield honored
President Noonan with a Resolution highlighting his
career and thanking him for all his service and dedication
to the community. |
